Thinking of Dropping out of a course or the school?
DCIBIN will work with you through any life crisis you may be encountering by making reasonable arrangements with you, to enable you complete what you have started as a Bible school student.
Whenever you make up your mind to pursue formal education in response to the call of God upon your life, the adversary sometimes will raise a storm in your life to discourage you from doing so. You must stand firm, be relentless and focus to complete your education here at DCIBIN.
It is not too late to seek for financial help from family, friends, and your church family. You may also reach out to the alumni office at firstname.lastname@example.org as a last resort to seek available scholarships/sponsorships for needy students.
We pray that the Lord will give you the grace and oil to finish what you have started here at DCIBIN.
As a Christian Institution, we do not encourage our students to drop out of a course, program or the school as a whole. Life is full of unforeseen challenges, therefore as Christians we must do all we can to stand in the day of adversity.

Course Work: You must submit any outstanding assignments, quizzes and or exams to receive a final grade for the courses you are currently enrolled in. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete, which means, if the course is deferred, you will have to retake it again upon re-admission.
Outstanding Fees: You must settle your current month's FPP payment within 15 days from your official notice to withdraw to avoid collection activities. Any late FPP will still incur the late fees as stipulated in our billing policy.
Student will be responsible for all collection activities including attorney fees. If a student owes the school, no official transcript will be released.
If you wish to withdraw for any of the following reasons, please follow the outlined process and procedures.
Withdrawal from the school due to financial hardship
1. Contact the student billing office by emailing email@example.com or call (513) 795 1435 option 5, and speak to the office manager about your situation. You will be given the option of a deferred payment, reduced Flexible Payment Plan (FPP) or change in payment due dates to accommodate your need.
Withdrawal from the school due to Illness (physically unable to attend school)
You must contact the registrar's office with a doctor's note stating your inability to continue with the school. You must also include a formal letter via mail or email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your current situation.
Your student account will be placed on hold and you will be allowed to defer your program up to two years, or until such a time that you are coherent to pursue your education as recommended by a medical professional.
Withdrawal from the school due to Family life changes
If you are going through life changing situations that will alter your ability to do online or onsite school, you must formally write to the registrar's office via email to email@example.com, explaining the life altering situation and defer your program or withdraw.
Withdrawal from a course/program
Students have up to the drop out deadline for each course or program as stated on the Academic calendar. Students will be responsible financially for any drop out after the deadline stipulated for each course or program. The student's transcript will reflect a drop out status if it is after the allowable drop out deadline.
If you download the PDF format, you must print it out and fill the form. If you choose the word format, you must fill out the blanks, "save as" with your name and email it back as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
